The Beaverhead Golf Course was built in 1963 by local farmers and businessmen. The 110 acres of bent grass fairways and bent grass and poa greens are spread out through nine holes with a small creek running through two fairways and some sort of bunker on every hole. Poplar, pine and willows have grown to line the fairways and the greens.
